Eligibility for Returns: Because we do sell a consumable product, we are careful in accepting returns.
- Time frame: Consumable products such as our sea moss and herbs must be returned immediately. Our body butters must be returned within 30 days.
- Condition: Our consumable items must be unopened and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including: - Perishable goods that have been opened (e.g., food and herbs)
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: Email our customer service team to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- Shipping Instructions: Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on where to send your items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection: After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund
Refunds:
- Processing Time: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 4-7 days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow some time for your refund to be in your account.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
